Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on eligibility & relevant experience
- Personal / Telephonic / Video Interview (100 Marks)
- CTC Negotiation
- Merit List Allotment.
- Merit List Prepared strictly in descending order of scores obtained in the Personal Interview. If marks tie, the older candidate in age will be ranked higher.
- Contract Duration : 5 Years (Renewable for another 4 years at the discretion of the Bank). Can be terminated with 2 months’ notice or surrender of 2 months’ compensation.
- Annual Leave : Entitled to 30 days of leave during each financial year.
