CEN No. 09/2026 Examination Scheme, Passing Terms & Score Validity
- Nature of Examination : This is purely an eligibility test and does not guarantee employment. Separate main recruitment exams will be conducted departmental-wise for actual selections based on community merit panels.
- Score Validity Term : As per notification amendments, the valid score window of RSSB CET Graduate level exams remains active for 3 Years from the date of result declaration. The score of the previous CET Graduate 2024 exam already expired on 11.02.2026.
- Written Exam Layout : The offline OMR-based test contains 150 Objective Multiple Choice Questions carrying a maximum of 300 Marks. Total time allowed is 3.0 Hours. Negative marking is applicable at 1/3rd mark deduction for every wrong response.
- Mandatory Five Options Rule : OMR sheets feature 5 bubbles (A, B, C, D, E). If a candidate chooses not to attempt a question, they must darken the E option circle. If none of the five circles is darkened, one-third (1/3) part of the marks of the question shall be deducted. Failing to fill any circle in more than 10% of total questions results in direct disqualification.
- Minimum Cutoff Benchmarks : Candidates must score a minimum of 40% marks to qualify for appearing in subsequent main exams. SC and ST category candidates get a 5% relaxation, requiring a minimum of 35% marks. There are no bounds on the number of attempts to improve the score.

Core Guidelines on How to Submit RSSB CET Online Form
- Online forms must be registered via the official SSO Portal using only your personal SSO ID from 04/07/2026 to 02/08/2026. Offline application methods are strictly prohibited.
- One-Time Registration Protocols : Log into sso.rajasthan.gov.in, choose the Recruitment Portal app, and initialize OTR map tracking. Carefully input your reserved category, home state, and disability parameters. Fill in your visible body mark records. Check the OTR document details dashboard before clicking final lock buttons.
- Live Photograph Capture Mandate : Traditional photograph uploads are modified. The module captures a Live Photograph via webcam or mobile front camera side systems. Stand straight facing the lens against a white or light illuminated background with open eyes. Spectacle reflections or editor app filtering results in system rejection.
- Signature & Thumb Specs : Applicants must sign with black or deep blue ink inside a 7cm x 2cm box layout mapped on white A4 paper (Size window: 20-50 KB in JPEG format). Scanned copies of your left-hand thumb impression must be uploaded in matching slots.
- Attendance Disclaimer Alert : Under current rules, if a candidate fails to attend any two examinations conducted by state recruitment agencies in a single financial year after filing forms, their OTR account feature locks systemically. Re-activation requires a panel fee penalty of Rs. 750/- for the first offense and Rs. 1500/- for subsequent instances.
