- Must possess a 2-Year 3-Month Diploma in Veterinary Pharmacy from a recognized University / Institution established by law in India.

UPSSSC Mains Exam Pattern & Selection
- Shortlisting Criteria : Shortlisting for the Mains Written Examination will be based on PET-2025 Normalized Score (15 times the category-wise vacancies).
- Mains Written Exam Structure (Total 100 Questions | 100 Marks | 2 Hours) :
• Part-1: Subject-Related Knowledge (Veterinary Anatomy, Physiology, Nutrition, Pharmacology, Clinical Pathology, Pharmacy, Surgery, etc.): 65 Questions (65 Marks)
• Part-2: Concepts of Computer & Information Technology, AI, IoT & Cyber Security: 15 Questions (15 Marks)
• Part-3: General Information related to Uttar Pradesh State: 20 Questions (20 Marks)
- Negative Marking : 0.25 mark (25% marks) will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
