B.SC Nursing 4 Years 10+2 Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB) and passed English individually from any recognized board. Minimum 45% Marks required.
Post B.SC Nursing 2 Years 10+2 Intermediate from any recognized board in India. GNM Certificate and registered as State Nurses Registration Council. Read notification for more details.
M.SC Nursing / NPCC 2 Years Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with any Nursing Registration Council. B.SC Nursing /Post Basic B.SC Nursing with 55% Marks. 1 Year Work Experience Clinical or Teaching after Basic B.SC Nursing.

How To Fill Online Form

1.       OBC and EWS certificate must be issued after 01 April 2026.

2.       Photo should be full face, white background, without spectacles; candidate name and date of photograph must be written on it.

3.       Read the official notification carefully before applying.

4.       Collect all required documents – Eligibility proof, ID Proof, Address Details, Basic Details.

5.       Keep scanned copies ready – Photo, Signature, ID Proof, etc.

6.       Check preview and all columns carefully before final submission.

7.       Pay the required application fee to complete the form; unpaid fee means incomplete form.

8.       Take a printout of the final submitted application form.
