·         Selection Stages : Written Screening Test (CBT) → Typing Skill Test (Qualifying) → Document Verification.

·         Exam Format : CBT / Written Screening Test with 120 MCQs for 120 Marks (Duration: 90 Minutes).

·         Syllabus Coverage : Qualification field subjects, HP & National GK, Current Affairs, Everyday Science, Logical Reasoning, Social Science, General English, General Hindi (Matric standard), and Computer Word Processing.

·         Minimum Qualifying Marks : 45% for General Category & 40% for SC / ST / OBC / WFF.

·         Visit the official website of HPRCA at hprca.hp.gov.in and click on “Sign Up” to create user credentials.

·         Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) profile with basic personal, educational details and upload necessary documents, photo, and signature.

·         Log in to your profile, navigate to the active vacancies list, and click “Apply” for the Clerk post (Post Code 26045).

·         Choose preferred exam districts from the dropdown menu.

·         Verify all pre-filled profile information carefully before final submission.

·         Pay the application fee of Rs. 800/- through the online payment gateway.

·         Submit the application form and print out a copy of the final confirmation receipt.
