Exclusive Eligibility Metrics & Selection Process Strict Selection Rule: Only non-recommended candidates who appeared in UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024 and hold a valid University Degree can apply. Profile tracking will match credentials listed on the UPSC Pratibha Setu Portal. Screening Matrix: Candidates will be shortlisted for the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) tentatively in a 1:5 ratio based on total marks obtained in UPSC CSE-2024 (Mains + Personality Test). Mandatory CPT Framework: The CPT carries 100 marks (1 hour duration) and is qualifying in nature. It assesses Word Processing, Spreadsheet management, and Slide presentation generations.
