Mandatory Rules & OTR Benefits
- OTR is Compulsory : Completing the OTR process is mandatory for all candidates to apply for any future UPSSSC Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) or Main Written Examinations.
- Single Registration : Each candidate is strictly allowed to hold only 1 unique OTR number. Holding more than one OTR number will lead to candidate rejection by the commission.
- No Correction Allowed : After the generation of the official OTR registration number, no correction or modification will be allowed under any circumstances. Fill details carefully.

UPSSSC PET-2025 Base Registration Connection Rule
- Candidates can apply for OTR either as a fresh applicant or by using their matching past exam numbers.
- Mandatory Rule: If a candidate has applied for the UPSSSC Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET-2025), they must mandatorily complete their OTR form based on their PET-2025 registration number only.

How to Fill UPSSSC One Time Registration (OTR) Online Form 2026
- Open the official UPSSSC online recruitment application web portal or click on the direct OTR link given below.
- Candidates must possess a valid Mobile Number and active Email ID which must remain working for the entire duration of the recruitment processes.
- Verify your mobile number and email ID using the instant OTP authentication system. You can also verify your email later through the user dashboard link.
- Fill up the OTR application form with correct details like candidate name, date of birth, father & mother name, home state, home district, and High School (10th) qualification details.
- Enter your complete permanent address and correspondence address details matching with certificates.
- Upload your scanned color photograph and signature strictly as per the file size and name format rules written above.
- Before clicking the final submit button, you must check the preview screen page very carefully. Falsifying any details will lead to immediate form cancellation by the commission.
- Submit the form to generate your final unique OTR number receipt page and keep it safe for future login tracking. Candidates are solely responsible for keeping their login login data private.
