 Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS), Greater Noida has officially released an employment notification (Advt. No. GIMS/2026/Manpower/NT-02/07) for direct recruitment to various non-teaching clerical positions. Online applications are invited from eligible Indian nationals to fill up vacancies for the posts of Record Keeper and Store Keeper via a Computer Based Test (CBT). The online registration portal will be operational on the official website from 04 June 2026, and candidates can submit their forms until the last date on 03 July 2026. Eligible candidates meeting all necessary qualifications must complete the registration framework before the deadline.

·         Equivalence: Computer Science as a separate subject in 10th/12th OR Diploma/Degree in Computer Science are also eligible.

Selection Process & CBT Scheme
  • Selection will be entirely based on a 100-mark Computer Based Test (CBT) containing objective-type questions.
  • The question paper covers Hindi Proficiency, General Intelligence, General Knowledge, Computer Knowledge, and UP-specific General Information.
  • Exam Duration: 120 minutes (2 Hours) divided into 5 sectional intervals. Once a section is submitted, you cannot go back.
  • Negative Marking: 1/4 (one-fourth) mark deduction will be applicable for every wrong response.
  • Typing Test: Candidates equal to 3 times the vacancies will be called for the qualifying typing speed evaluation stage.
