Qualification
- PET 2025 + 12th Pass from Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh or any Government Recognized Equivalent Exam.
- Preferred Qualification : Minimum 2 Years Service in Pradeshik Sena OR National Cadet Corps (NCC) ‘B’ Certificate Holder.

Physical Standards (Sharirik Mapdand) — Qualifying Nature
- Male – Height : General /OBC /SC : Minimum 168 cm | ST : Minimum 160 cm
- Male – Chest (Seena) : General /OBC /SC : Minimum 84 cm (Expanded), Minimum 5 cm Expansion Required | ST : Minimum 82 cm (Expanded)
- Female – Height : General /OBC /SC : Minimum 152 cm | ST : Minimum 147 cm
- Female – Weight : 45 to 58 Kg

How To Fill Online Form
- Visit official website upsssc.gov.in and click on the relevant advertisement under Live Advertisement Segment.
- Login using your PET-2025 Registration Number via OTP sent on registered Mobile Number or Email.
- Select the post(s) you wish to apply for and fill in all required educational qualification and personal details.
- Pay the processing fee of Rs. 25/- via Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking, UPI or SBI E-Challan.
- After successful fee payment, download and take a printout of your Application Form for future reference.
