How to Fill UPJEE JEECUP Polytechnic Admission 2026
  • Upload a recent color passport-size photograph showing the candidate’s name and date of capture clearly. The photograph must be taken within the last 3 months.
  • Thumb Impression: Upload a clear scan of the left-hand thumb impression.
  • Signature Instruction : Candidates Signature in Running Hand (Capital Letter Signature Not Accepted)
  • JEECUP 2025: Sending the confirmation page is not mandatory.
  • Before submitting the form, candidates should review the preview carefully and check every column for accuracy.
  • If an application fee is applicable, it must be paid on time.
    Without fee submission (if required), the form will remain incomplete and will not be accepted.
  • After successful submission, candidates should download and print the final form for future reference.
