Junior Technician, Junior Manager, Assistant Manager, and Deputy Manager : Up to 30 Years (Maximum 55 years with all age relaxations).
Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager, Additional General Manager, and Consultant : Below 65 Years (Inclusive of all age relaxations).
Age Relaxation will be given extra as per Govt of India rules (SC/ST by 5 years, OBC-NCL by 3 years, PwBD by 10 years).

Must hold a valid B.E. / B.Tech Engineering Degree or Graduate / Post Graduate degree / MBA in the related stream from a recognized university.

Selection Process

Computer Based Test (CBT) : Candidates applying for Junior Technician, Junior Manager, Assistant Manager, and Deputy Manager posts have to clear the online objective written examination.
Trade Test / Interview : Qualified candidates from CBT will be called for a Trade Test (for Junior Technicians) or a Personal Interview round.
Direct Interview : No written exam will be held for Senior Manager, DGM, AGM, and Consultant posts; selection is based on assessment parameters and interview only.
Document Verification : Shortlisted merit candidates will be called for original document checking and medical fitness tests.
