Short Information About The Post  :
 The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has invited online applications for the Industrial Training Institute Competitive Admission Test (ITICAT) 2026. This entrance examination is conducted for admission into various engineering and non-engineering trades offered by Government ITIs, including General and Women ITIs, across Bihar for the academic sessions 2026–27 and 2026–28. Around 33,108 seats are available in more than 114 Government ITIs located across all 38 districts of the state. Eligible Indian candidates meeting the prescribed domicile and eligibility conditions can submit their online applications from 16 March 2026 to 14 April 2026 through the official BCECEB portal.

  • Qualification (Same For All Trades) :
  • For ITI Sector Trades : Class 10th Passed OR Appearing (2026) with Mathematics and Science as separate subjects from Bihar Vidyalaya Pariksha Samiti or equivalent recognized Board /Institution.
  • For Non-Apprenticeship Trades : Class 10th Passed OR Appearing is required. Science with Math separately NOT mandatory.

How To Fill Bihar ITICAT-2026 Online Form
  • Visit the official website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in and click on the “Online Portal of I.T.I.C.A.T.-2026” link.
  • Step-1 (Registration) : Click “New Registration” button, fill all required details and verify your Mobile No. and Email via OTP. Note down your Registration Number and Password safely.
  • Step-2 (Multi-Step Application Form) : Login using Registration Number and Password. Fill Personal Information, Contact Details, Educational Information and upload your Photo (3.5×4.5 cm with Placard) and Signature.
  • Step-3 (Preview and Final Submit) : Review all filled information carefully. After verifying, accept the Declaration and click “Final Submit and Proceed to Payment”.
  • Step-4 (Fee Payment) : Pay the examination fee via Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking / UPI. Last date for fee payment is 15-04-2026 (11:59 PM).
  • Step-5 (Download Confirmation Page) : After successful fee payment, download and print the Confirmation Page. Keep it safe for future use at counselling.
  • Online editing of application form is allowed from 16-04-2026 to 17-04-2026 only.
