Short Information About The Post  :

The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has announced a major recruitment drive through Advertisement No. 03/2026, inviting applications for a wide range of Group B and Group C posts. These vacancies are available in different departments under the Government of NCT of Delhi, including autonomous bodies and local institutions.

A total of 1,979 positions are to be filled through this recruitment process. The openings include roles such as Junior Scientific Assistant in various forensic units, Trained Graduate Teachers (Computer Science and Special Education), IT Assistants, along with several technical and trade-based posts.

The online application process has started from 16 June 2026 on the official DSSSB portal. Interested candidates can complete and submit their application forms until 15 July 2026.

Before applying, candidates are advised to carefully review the prescribed eligibility criteria, including educational qualifications and other requirements, as per the official recruitment guidelines. Ensuring eligibility beforehand will help avoid rejection at later stages of the selection process.

DSSSB Examination Scheme & Selection Mode
  • One Tier General Scheme (Codes 34/26, 39/26, 40/26): 200 Questions carrying 200 Marks. Sections include General Awareness, Reasoning, Arithmetical Ability, Hindi Language, and English Language (40 Marks each).
  • One Tier Technical / Teaching Schemes (All Other Codes): 200 Questions composite structure. Section-A covers Core General subjects (100 Marks cumulative), and Section-B contains Subject/Domain Specific MCQs matching the core qualification (100 Marks).
  • Negative Marking: A penalty deduction of  0.25 marks is applicable for each incorrect MCQ choice answer.
  • Minimum Qualifying Score benchmarks: General/EWS: 40% | OBC (Delhi): 35% | SC/ST/PH (PwBD): 30%. For Technical/Teaching tiers, minimum qualifying marks are applicable strictly in the domain specific Section-B and on cumulative marks.
  • OBC Domicile Policy: Only OBC (Delhi) candidates notified by GNCTD will receive reservation benefits. Outside OBC candidates are treated strictly under the Unreserved (UR) category.
